This election season has been like no other. No matter where

you stand on the political spectrum, the atmosphere of discord and divisiveness has burned out many of us. And yet, Hope and Joy still emerge – they simply cannot be contained!

Join us on November 9 for a Post Election Retreat to help refresh your spirit with affirming, hopeful, nurturing energy. Full day or half day options available.

Morning Session (10:00 am - 12:15): 

• Gathering and Welcome
• Caring Circle
• Circle of Grief
• Music of Hope

Lunch Gathering (12:15 - 1:00 Bring a brown bag lunch. Snack and beverages will be provided.) 

Afternoon Session 

• Gathering and Welcome
• 2 Options:

1. Listening to the Wild (outside)
2. Contemplative Music/Storytelling/Sitting in Stillness ( art supplies available for creative expression)

• Regather
• Drumming Circle
• Closing

Walk the Labyrinth as You Wish

The labyrinth will be available to walk whenever you wish.
