Mindfulness Meditation & Loving Kindness with Ellen Graham
We invite you to join Ellen Graham on Zoom for Monday Mediation. We welcome all levels, including beginners, to be supported by this group practice. Meditation has many positive health benefits including the reduction of anxiety and stress and helps us to be more present in our lives.
Together we'll be exploring mindfulness meditation, healing breath work, and compassion ( metta) practice.
Ellen has been a Spiritual Companion since 2004 and has been providing Spiritual Companioning through the Spiritual Life Center since 2004. She has been facilitating mindfulness meditation groups since 2015 and is a graduate of the MBSR (mindfulness based stress reduction) program. Ellen has participated in Tara Brach's "Power of Awareness" course and is a certified yoga instructor.
Online via Zoom: Every week on Monday at 1:00 pm starting October 2 and ending December 11
