Mindfulness Meditation & Loving Kindness with Ellen Graham
We invite you to join Ellen Graham on zoom for Monday Mediation. We welcome all levels, including beginners, to be supported by this group practice. Meditation has many positive health benefits including the reduction of anxiety and stress and helps us to be more present in our lives.
Together we'll be exploring mindfulness meditation, healing breath work, and compassion ( metta) practic.
