As many of you know, we are in the midst of discerning the kind of space that is right for us. This emerged as the pandemic required us to shift away from how we met with seekers and offered programs. We've had a sharp decline in the use of the space at Holy Family, as many have shifted primarily to Zoom. The creation of our DEI statement shined a bright light on our mission, vision and values, raising the question : Does our office space reflect this approach?
In November the Ad Hoc Space Committee was convened and is comprised of both Board and community members. Our overarching goal is to discern what kind of physical space we need in the coming years.
Last month we invited you to take part in a short survey to determine use of our current space and needs for the future. We'll be sharing the highlights of the survey results during our gatherings, getting your reactions, and gathering more input and wisdom from you.
