The Cosmic Shifts Book Group will be reading The Four Agreements: A Practical Guide to Freedom (A Toltec Wisdom Book  by Don Miguel Ruiz.

In the tradition of the Toltec, a nagual guides an individual to personal freedom.  According to Don Miguel Ruiz, a nagual from the Eagle Knight lineage, the book is inspired by a set of the Toltec people's spiritual beliefs. The intent of the book is to help readers explore "freedom," "happiness," and "love."

The Four Agreements will introduce you to the wisdom and guiding principles of Toltec spirituality. The Agreements are:
