"Be Free Where You Are," A Thich Nhat Hanh Book Circle
Join Reverend Eileen Mahoney in a book circle exploring Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh's well-known book, "Be Free Where You Are." Thich Nhat Hanh, a global spiritual leader, poet, and peace activist, wrote this short yet very powerful book that offers the core teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh, based on a talk given to prisoners in a Maryland prison. "Be Free Where You Are," which offers principles and practices to help us enjoy our freedom wherever we are. Imagine how much more freedom is available to us if we practice mindfulness.
If possible, please read the book prior to our 1st meeting.
Online Via Zoom: Wednesdays May 10 and May 17 from 4:00 pm - 5:00pm
